How It Works

The Process

1. First call and Cash Offer

We will call you to discuss details of your property such as size and condition etc. We will then go away and research local prices and call you back with a cash offer. Hopefully this would be within 24 hours.

2. Lawyers Instructed

If the offer is acceptable, we would then instruct the independent lawyers. They would then request their standard documents from you as required for any sale. They would then undertake the conveyance.

3. Estate Agent and Survey

We would then instruct and pay for the survey and also ask a local estate agent to give their opinion to check the property is structurally sound and that its market value is as we calculated.

4. Exchange

Upon exchange we can also consider releasing some funds to you if that helps your financial situation, to be set off against the amount paid on completion.

5. Pay on completion

Yes all funds are paid on completion, unless some have already been released to you on exchange.

6. Is the process Confidential?

Yes your privacy is of paramount importance to us. The process is completely confidential. Only the minimum amount of third parties would need to be involved and there is no need for the property to be online or with estate agents. No need for continual viewings or estate agents signs outside your property.

7. Is my data safe?

Yes. Protecting your data is very important to our reputation. We would certainly not pass your data to any others companies. The only parties we would pass information to would be those dealing with the actual sale i.e. the lawyers, estate agent and surveyor.
